CTET 2025 Syllabus Follow
The syllabus is based on NCTE guidelines and covers topics from NCERT textbook for classes I-VIII
- Social Studies/Social Science (Paper 2): History, geography, social/political life, pedagogical issues.
Child Development and Pedagogy: Child development (ages 6-11), learning theories, inclusive education, assessment.Language I & II: Comprehension, grammar, pedagogy of language development (candidates choose languages). - Mathematics: Numbers, geometry, data handling, pedagogical issues.
- Environmental Studies: Family, food, shelter, water, travel, environmental concerns.
- Science (Paper 2): Food, materials, natural phenomena, pedagogy.
How to Fill Out the CTET 2025 Application Form
- Visit CTET.NIC.IN official link and click on the “Apply Online” link.
- Read the notification/information bulletin carefully and agree to the terms.
- Fill the registration form with personal details (name, DOB, email, mobile) to generate application number and password.
- Log in using credentials with official link.
- Complete the application form: Enter educational qualifications, choose papers, exam center preferences.
- Upload scanned documents: Photo (10-100 KB, JPG), signature (3-30 KB, JPG).
- Pay the fee online (via debit/credit card, net banking) or offline (e-challan via Syndicate/Canara Bank).
- Fee: ₹1000 (General/OBC for one paper), ₹1200 (both papers); ₹500/₹600 for SC/ST/PwD.
- Submit and download confirmation page.
Corrections can be made during the specified window. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
CTET 2025 Admit Card Download
Admit cards will be released 2-4 days before the exam on ctet.nic.in. Download using application number and password/DOB. It includes exam center, timing, and instructions. A pre-exam city intimation slip may be issued earlier. Carry admit card, ID proof, and photo to the center.
