How to Check NEET UG Exam Fee Refund Status
Check Bank SMS / Passbook Statement: Review your bank transactions for credit notifications from NTA / Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Visit the Official Website: Go to neet.nta.nic.in.
Login to Candidate Portal: Enter your Application Number and Password / Date of Birth.
Complete 2FA Verification: Authenticate using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Check Refund Status: Verify whether the transaction status displays “Refund Processed / Credited”.
What to Do If You Haven’t Received the Refund Yet?
Payment Processing Delays: Banks may take 2 to 5 working days to process DBT credits.
Account Mismatch: If fee payment was originally made via a cyber cafe, agent, or third-party UPI/card, check that account as well.
Bank Details Verification: Ensure your submitted account number and IFSC code were active and accurate.
